Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Jonas Weckerlein, Wörther Straße 17, 10405 Berlin — contact: [email protected]

Principle

This website is a statically served information site. There are no user accounts, no comment function, no newsletter sign-up and no contact forms. No cookies are set. Fonts and all other resources are loaded from our own server; no resources from third-party servers are loaded when you visit this site.

Server log data

When the website is accessed, the hosting server processes connection data for technical reasons: IP address, date and time of access, the URL requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer URL and the browser and operating-system identifier. This data is required to deliver the website and to defend against attacks (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Analytics (Umami)

For reach measurement this website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Umami works without cookies and without cross-device identifiers; IP addresses are not stored. Only aggregated metrics are recorded, such as page views, referrer, country, browser type and device class — no conclusions about individual persons are possible (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of usage). Because no personal profiles are created and no cookies are set, consent is not required.

The website links to external offers, including the websites of gambling operators. When you click an external link you leave the scope of this privacy policy; the privacy terms of the respective provider then apply. Partner links contain an identifier through which the destination operator can attribute the origin of the visit — this attribution happens at the destination operator, not on this website.

Your rights

You have the right, vis-à-vis the controller, to information about the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Because this website stores practically no personal data, most of these rights have little to act upon — we will nevertheless answer requests via the e-mail address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Status

This policy will be adapted as soon as the functional scope of the website changes.
