How We Test: The Method Behind Every Rating

The principle: we only rate what is in the file

Every rating on this site comes from a test with real money on an ordinary player account. We use no press access, no demo accounts and no figures from operator press kits. What we have not documented ourselves does not enter the rating.

That sounds obvious. It is the opposite: the usual casino comparison is built from the operators’ own bonus claims and an affiliate contract. Our procedure takes several days per operator and costs our own money — which is exactly why there is a verdict at the end that we can back up.

The five steps of every test

1. Registration like any other player. We sign up through the normal flow and time it: how many mandatory fields, how quickly the confirmation arrives, when the operator asks for documents. We start verification immediately, not only at withdrawal.

2. Deposit with several methods. At least two payment routes per test, usually a card plus an e-wallet or crypto. We note minimum amounts, fees and whether the money is available instantly. The routes are documented under payments.

3. Bonus under real conditions. We activate the welcome offer and read the terms in full: wagering multiplier, calculation base, game weighting, deadlines, the maximum bet during wagering. 4. Games and support in practice. We sample studios, load times and limits ourselves and put at least one specialist question to support whose answer we already know. Anyone who flounders on the wagering multiplier loses points.

5. Withdrawal — the actual test. We cash out via at least one route and document every stage: request time, status changes, money received. Follow-up requests, limits and fees go into the log. A withdrawal that only moves after contacting support is written up exactly that way in the review.

How the rating is formed

The final mark from 1 to 5 weights four areas: payout and verification (40%), bonus terms (25%), game selection (20%), support (15%). Payout deliberately dominates. An operator can advertise free spins for as long as it likes — if the money does not come back reliably, everything else is decoration.

Two things never change the rating: the size of an affiliate commission and the size of the bonus. A €1,500 package at 45x wagering on bonus and deposit is mathematically worse than a €200 bonus at 35x on the bonus. Our ratings follow the arithmetic, not the headline.

Re-tests and updates

Operators change bonus terms, payment routes and support quality constantly. Reviews therefore carry the date of the last test, and we work in material changes. If an operator fails a re-test, it disappears from the recommendations — regardless of how it did on the first test.

Limits of the method

Transparency also means naming the limits. A single test is a sample: a payout in 26 hours does not guarantee that every payout runs that way. We test with three- to four-figure amounts; anyone winning five figures meets limits and review processes that our tests know only from the terms. And: this site is financed through partner links.
